Tim Rafferty
Founder & Managing Director
Tim has 35 years experience in the waste sector, specifically developing waste management systems for waste and skip hire organisations.
He has run Dataset since 1986, the year he designed and installed his first waste system. Tim is the eyes and ears of the business and is the main person in dealing with customer requirements.
Michael Lysaght
Lead Software Developer
Michael graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 2000 with an honours degree in Computer Science.
Before joining Dataset in 2004, Michael implemented SAP software for a number of companies. Since joining Dataset through his design and implementation skills, Michael has established an excellent reputation within the waste sector.
Niell Fraser
Business Development
Niell joined Dataset in 2018 with a background in business development.
After working in a number of industries Niell heads up our Business Development activities. Liaising with both existing and potential customers to ascertain their requirements and to produce bespoke solutions.
